“We moved into our Baxter built house last month and are very happy. The house was built on timeline, under budget, super comfortable, and way more solid than we ever expected. Brody Baxter listened to everything we said recording all design choices on a dropbox site that included a detailed build scheduled. Brody is awesome to work with and highly recommend Baxter Builders for your project. One difference from other builders is that Baxter Builders have their own framing, siding, painting, and finish carpenters so less work needs to be sub-contracted and the schedule is more likely to be on time. We were impressed with the craftsmanship of all Baxter employees. A special thanks goes to site supervisor Keith who was onsite every day and also super awesome to work with.
